I placed this one at #7 but I have to admit that it is one of my girlfriend’s favorite.
It is subtle, classy, and extremely durable.
Petsafe is the maker of the easy walk harness and many other reputable dog products. They know what they are doing and they are doing it well.
This winter harness comes in three different colors and at least 4 different sizes. I say at least because they sometimes carry extra small.
It has pretty much all the features you would expect from a decent harness. Such as No pull design to prevent your dog from choking, gaging.
The control handle comes in handy for example when it’s time to put the dog in the car or if you simply want to hold him up close.
Petsafe even has a helpline if you need assistance in selecting the right size. It is US-based though.
Finally, as previously mentioned, Petsafe is one of the industry experts. This brand has been a leader in the industry for quite some time and again they deliver with a relatively cheap, durable, and cool looking product.

Let me start by saying that this one is one of the prettiest harnesses we’ve ever tested.
It comes in 4 different colors but we had the chance to test the blue and black ones and they are literally amazing looking.
Other than the color, the harness itself looks very sturdy and durable.
It is made from super lightweight and breathable material. Superior in comfort as compared to nylon and polyester fabrics. Or so they claim. The dog seems to like it alright.
The no-pull dog body harness is composed of high-density, dual-layered air mesh fabric for higher tensile strength.

This is a thing of beauty. One of my personal favorites.
Other than looking simply amazing, this thing has everything you need from a winter dog harness.
Standard durable, breathable nylon fabric but one particularity about this model is that they added an extra thick inner layer of padding.
